Creating protocols

Here you can create protocols for conducting competitions.

Event - is required field. Make sure that you or your members have started the event. Section Calendar enables you to manage events.

Category - this field could be automatically filled based on the filter data from the table of participants.

At the moment, it guarantees the perfect printing of protocols only in Google Chrome and Opera browsers (in the future this limitation will be removed).

When you print, all the fields will be added automatically.

Splitting participants

In case the protocol for the competition is created as
Bracketsheet, the algorithm of the program takes into account the following criteria for the automatic splitting of participants by belonging:

• Participants from one club/organization, but from different trainers (Trainer mode)
• Many participants from different clubs/organizations by several people in the category (Organization mode)

It is possible to further split the strong participants, such as prize-winners of past competitions. To mark a strong participant, simply right-click on its name in the bracketsheet, and then the protocol will be updated. Marked participants will happen to be in different subgroups, and will never meet each other in the first fight.
